Ways of shipping:
Items are sent by the Israel Postal Authority.
All items are sent by airmail.
We normally ship the items within 1-3 business days.
The shipping time usually takes around 2 weeks (we ship directly from Israel) but sometimes it can take some more time.

Cost of shipping:
The price for any package shipped by regular airmail is 6.5$.
This is all you pay for shipping! No additional charges or fees!
If you are interested in EMS (express airmail, door to door delivery) the price is 25$ for any order.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately.
And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the goods, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of accepting delivery.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
